Product Information Assistant (Hourly basis)

This role offers a unique opportunity to directly improve customer satisfaction and reduce return rates by enhancing the quality and clarity of product information on our e-commerce platform. You will work closely with both the Returns Project Team and the Online Merchandising Team to optimize product detail pages (PDPs) with relevant, high-impact information that supports confident purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Work within our PIM (Product Information Management) and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems to add essential product measurements to product descriptions.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Return Project Team and the Online Merchandising Team, to ensure accurate and customer-relevant information is published.
  
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of product data across multiple systems and touchpoints.
  
• Prioritize and manage multiple data points, product attributes, and tabs simultaneously with attention to detail.

Your Past & Your Skills

• Languages: Proficient in English (required). Additional language skills in French, Swedish or German are a plus.
  
• Technical Skills: Experience with Inriver (or similar PIM software) and Google Sheets is highly valued.
  
• Strong ability to navigate and manage several systems at once.
  
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of product information.
  
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own tasks with minimal supervision.
  
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively with team members across departments.
