NA-KD is looking for an analytical, commercially driven Online Merchandising Analyst to help shape how products appear across our site, ensuring we show the right styles, in the right places, at the right time.

Online Merchandising Analyst

This is your chance to directly impact the digital customer experience and sales performance by using KPIs to guide strategic product placements within our Elevate 4 platform. You’ll collaborate within Online Merchandising and with Buying, Purchase Business Control, Tech, and Sales teams to create a seamless and conversion-focused on-site experience.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze product and category performance using key KPIs like GMV, GM1%, spin-rate, return rate, and conversion.
• Recommend what, where, and how products should be pinned and listed on-site using Elevate 4.
• Collaborate within the Online Merchandising team to shape category hierarchies, trend edits, and homepage listings.
• Monitor seasonality, stock levels, and customer behavior to optimize product visibility and relevance.
• Report on weekly performance, present insights to stakeholders, and influence commercial decision-making.
• Partner with Purchase Business Control and Buying to align on merchandising actions that support revenue and margin goals.
• Continuously test, learn, and improve merchandising logic based on data insights and user behavior.

Your Past & Your Skills

• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce analytics, online merchandising, or digital commercial strategy.
• Solid understanding of fashion KPIs and commercial metrics.
• Experience with site merchandising tools such as Elevate 4 or similar is a strong plus.
• Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools like Tableau, Big Query, or GA4 is a bonus.
• Sharp analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and commercial understanding.
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
