Ready to drive real impact across the customer journey? Apply now!
Return Project Lead
As our Return Project Lead, you will take full ownership of reducing NA-KD’s return rate across the entire customer journey, being part of the early stages of purchasing and how we plan and work with fit and size standardization, all the way through to the first click and the post-purchase experience.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You’re analytical, hands-on, solution-oriented, and not afraid to challenge the status quo. You’ll be the driving force behind one of our most business-critical areas, working closely with teams across Purchasing, Tech, Operations & Commercial and more to identify root causes, lead initiatives, and deliver measurable results.
Reports to: Head of Purchase Business Controlling & Planning
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead NA-KDs company-wide return reduction strategy.
- Drive cross-functional projects with teams like Purchasing, Tech, Operations & Commercial to understand and act on return drivers.
- Continuously analyze return data, customer feedback, and product performance to identify trends and opportunities.
- Set clear KPIs and follow up on initiatives to reduce returns, and make sure we’re moving the needle.
- Partner with Purchasing and Merch teams to improve size, fit, and quality decisions.
- Work with different departments to reduce “preventable” returns (size confusion, lack of product info, etc.).
- Report monthly to SMT on return trends, key actions, and impact.
Your Past & Your Skills
- 3+ years of experience leading or participating in cross-functional projects, preferably within e-commerce, retail, or consumer products.
- Relevant academic background, ideally a degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or similar.
- Analytical mindset with strong data skills; comfortable using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and BI platforms.
- Able to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Strong communicator who can drive alignment and secure buy-in from stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with returns optimization, sizing strategies, or supply chain processes is a strong plus, especially when paired with customer behavior analytics or operational efficiency expertise.
What We Offer
- Global environment
- Personal and professional development
- Freedom to add value/make a difference
- Hybrid Remote policy
- A number of voluntary benefits
