Meet Sofia Sandberg
Sofia has been with us since 2020. She is the Head of People and Culture and works at our Gothenburg office. She started as an intern and has had an impressive journey at NA-KD.
Favorite NA-KD memory? Every NA-KD award! It's an annual event to celebrate everyone's hard work from the past year, together we welcome new exciting times.
Favorite lunch activity? Hitting the gym! Doesn't happen very often. But I love the idea of it 😉

"Wow, where do I start? What a journey. I started at NA-KD as an HR intern, and today I am Head of People and Culture. Since my first day at NA-KD, I knew that this was the workplace for me, surrounded by so many driven people and a world of opportunities.
Today I lead and manage everything connected to our employees, broadly it’s about attracting, retaining, and developing. I have always wanted to work with people, and having the opportunity to work in a company with fantastic colleagues and awesome products feels amazing. The best thing about NA-KD for sure is the great opportunity to grow, our fast decision-making processes, and the open-minded atmosphere."

...Courageous?
When I dare to try new things, regardless of whether it has to do with HR processes or something else. I'd rather test and fail than not test at all.

I'm constantly looking for new HR trends, it is super important to be curious within HR. The world around us is changing and we want to follow.
...Momentum?
Momentum comes with the right attitude, no matter the circumstances I try to have a positive mindset.
...Collaborative?
When doing our regular employee surveys to ensure that everyone's voice is heard. The analysis of our surveys sets the foundation for our actions and priorities.
...Customer obsessed?
Customer obsession starts with Employee Obsession. I always try to spread joy around the office and make sure to give that little extra. Being nice costs nothing!
