Hybrid work set-up
Employees have the option to work remotely up to two days per week.

Reduced working hours during the summer
To embrace the summer season in Sweden, we work 7 hour days instead of 8 from June to August.

In addition to compensation from Försäkringskassan, an extra 10% top-up is provided on your salary for a specified period.
