Meet Camilla Ficchì
Camilla traveled all the way from Italy in 2022 to have her internship at our Gothenburg office. She is a Social Media Intern and at the Content department.
Hi Camilla, please tell us a bit about your NA-KD experience
I applied for the position of Social Media Intern at NA-KD because I had the desire to challenge myself in a fast-growing company that could give me the chance to make an experience both in fashion and marketing on an international level.
Here, I have the opportunity to advance both professionally and personally. Professionally, I have the privilege to contribute to bringing new ideas and helping with the creation of new content for our Social media channels. I have got the chance to work with numbers for the competitor performance analysis, KPI analysis, and Followers by Key Markets reporting.
I´m working in an international environment, in a foreign country since I´m from Italy, which exposes me to a variety of cultures and perspectives, and it makes my energy pumping! During my experience, I have been involved in many projects that the team is working on which has allowed me to always share my viewpoint, bring out my ideas and manage my time.
In the future (hopefully soon), I picture myself working in Digital PR for the creative sectors, designing campaigns, and going from events to social media activities. NA-KD supported me in widening my scope, allowing me to assist them in increasing brand awareness and engagement on their social media platforms.
How was it working together with the social media team?
With coffee and sun, they can enter a meditating state which always allows a very comfortable and productive environment to reach our goals. I'm truly thankful for the experience they are giving me. Not only do they believe in me every day, but they are also passing on their ambition.
What advice would you give to future interns?
- Don’t be afraid to express ideas because they will be heard.
- Be collaborative since you will undoubtedly meet many nice people who will help you achieve your goals.
- Be curious, observe, and don’t be afraid to ask!
