NA-KD is currently seeking an innovative and dynamic PR assistant to join our team in Gothenburg. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside the Brand Team to build everything from event planning, and concept to production and activations within the fast-paced fashion industry.

PR assistant

In this role, you will play a crucial part in the Brand Team supporting the creation of our PR initiatives and PR strategies, with the main focus on media outreach and organic PR activations. 

We’re looking for a person with a strategic mindset, a passion for communication and a flair for creativity. Someone who is powered by building and nurturing media relationships, press activities and a dynamo in coordinating parts of event production. A genuine interest in fashion, and a curiosity to learn all about NA-KD as a fashion brand is essential to thrive in this role. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist and support our PR Strategist & PR-specialist in the creation of PR activations, this includes the creation of press releases, gifting, giveaways and seeding.
• Assist in the development and execution of strategic PR campaigns that align with our brand objectives.
• Support in the planning and scheduling of our PR calendar, including upcoming events, and campaign launches. Follow up on the PR activations
• Help establish and oversee our media lists and databases, and communicate with current or prospective stakeholders to build and maintain relationships.
• Monitor media coverage and compile reports on media activity (current trends).
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to infuse innovative and creative PR ideas that align with our mission.
• Assist to monitor and update regularly with news on NA-KD LinkedIn.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in a similar PR role, or relevant field in Public Relations, Communications or Marketing is a plus. 
• Strong conceptual thinking with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of critical thinking ability and curiosity, particularly in balancing multiple projects and priorities
• A keen interest in media relations and social media.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to visual details.
• Collaborative spirit with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
