Campaign Producer

We're looking for a highly organized producer with a creative eye to lead campaign production from start to finish, managing both still and motion projects with precision. This role is central to the success of our campaigns, you’ll be responsible for scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and developing tailored production strategies that bring our creative vision to life across all channels. In this role, you will be reporting to the Content Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external teams to bring concepts to life by ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and overall brand objectives.
• Manage full production logistics, including team coordination, sample handling, permits, location booking, travel, accommodations, and communication with vendors and crew.
• Oversee project documentation such as briefs, call sheets, and approval forms, while maintaining ongoing communication with all stakeholders throughout the process.
• Ensure 360 content delivery, working closely with copywriters, designers, and content teams to create and distribute high-impact assets across all relevant channels.
• Take full responsibility for delivering each campaign successfully on time, on budget, and in line with the brief and overall business objectives.

Your Past & Your Skills

• Proven experience as a Producer and/or project manager
• Knowledge and understanding of creative processes and how to bring an idea to life
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to work within budget and timeline constraints
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an attention to detail and with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Driver’s license
