Customer Care Agent - Temporary employment (around 1 year)

As a Customer Care Agent at NA-KD, you will be an essential part of our Customer Care team. In this role, you'll be the voice of NA-KD, connecting with our customers through email, phone, and chat to deliver top-tier service. Your day-to-day tasks will also include collaborating with our shipping partners and independently managing various back-office tasks. For this role, we're looking for a positive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and consistently finds innovative ways to create positive customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for communication with our customers via email, phone, and chat.

• You will be in close contact with our various shipping companies.

• You will work independently on back-office tasks.

• You will provide excellent service and work efficiently in various customer cases.

Your Past & Your Skills

• Proven experience in customer service, with demonstrated references.

• A genuine passion for customer care, strong communication skills, and a keen interest in fashion. 

• Highly structured and detail-oriented, with an exceptional eye for style and product content.

• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and ensure seamless coordination within Customer Care and product descriptions.

• You believe in disciplined work mixed with brilliant moments of creativity and innovation.

• Comfortable adapting to fast-paced changes and evolving demands.

• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
