Brand Marketing Specialist

As part of our Brand team, you’ll be a key player in driving how one of Europe’s most dynamic fashion brands continues to grow. Working closely with our Head of Brand Marketing, you will lead brand-building initiatives that increase awareness, strengthen relevance, and fuel long-term growth.

This is a hybrid role with a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You’ll help define how we show up across top-funnel channels, including brand campaigns, OOH, social, and press, while also driving the day-to-day implementation of these activities together with internal teams and external partners.

We believe you’re someone who feels just as at home shaping long-term brand direction as you do rolling up your sleeves to make things happen.

Key Responsibilities

• Co develop and support brand strategies across markets, campaigns and key moments
• Lead planning and execution of brand activations including OOH, paid social and PR
• Own briefs and drive production of brand assets and content with creative and production teams
• Track and analyze brand performance metrics including awareness, engagement and perception
• Identify and recommend new ways to elevate NA-KD’s brand presence
• Collaborate closely with PR, influencer marketing, paid media, content and e-com

We believe you are

• Experienced in Brand Marketing with at least +3 years in a similar role
• Strategic and structured with a strong ability to connect brand work to business impact
• Creative and curious with a good understanding of culture, media and consumer behavior
• Comfortable managing multiple projects, timelines and stakeholders
• A strong communicator fluent in English and confident in writing briefs and presenting ideas
• Someone who thrives in a fast moving and collaborative environment
