People & Culture Specialist

People & Culture Specialist
As a People & Culture Specialist at NA-KD, you’ll be part of a small, agile team where your work truly makes an impact. Working closely with the Head of People & Culture, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day HR operations while supporting initiatives that strengthen our employee experience and workplace culture.
The role is broad and hands-on, combining HR administration, recruitment coordination, work environment responsibilities and office management, with plenty of opportunities to influence and develop our People & Culture processes. You’ll build strong relationships across the organisation and gain wide exposure to all aspects of People & Culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, contract preparation, and offboarding
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR & payroll systems
- Support benefits administration, payroll processes, and respond to employee queries
- Support managers in various areas
- Manage documentation for work permits and employment-related matters
- Support performance management processes and follow-up
- Coordinate training for employees and managers
- Coordinate Safety Representative meetings and support work environment routines
- Contribute to office management to make sure the office is a welcoming workplace
- Participate in P&C projects, including new initiatives and process improvements
Your Past & Your Skills
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or similar.
- You have 1–2 years of experience in HR/P&C, or HR administration.
- You have a good understanding of Swedish labor law and HR fundamentals.
- You are structured, reliable, and comfortable taking initiative.
- You are a strong communicator in Swedish and English
- You are adaptable, solution-oriented, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where tasks vary from day to day.
- You are a team player, but also comfortable working independently
