Return Strategist & Project Lead
Together with our customers, we make NA-KD the top-of-mind fashion brand. We inspire and make women feel confident by providing them with the latest fashion, easily accessible and fit for the future.
Are you analytical, hands-on, and a solution-oriented problem solver who thrives on turning insights into impact? We’re looking for a Return Strategist & Project Lead to take full ownership of reducing NA-KD’s return rate across the entire customer journey, from how we buy and size our products, to how customers experience them online and after delivery.
Return Strategist & Project Lead
This is a high-impact role with broad responsibility, giving you the autonomy to define problems, set measurable goals, and drive execution while collaborating closely with teams across Purchasing, Technology, Operations, and Commercial.
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re comfortable working with large datasets, turning analysis into actionable insights, and aligning diverse stakeholders around shared objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead NA-KD’s return reduction strategy from insight to execution.
- Define key problem areas, set clear targets and measurable KPIs, and independently drive initiatives that move the needle.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects across Purchasing, Tech, Operations, and Commercial to understand and act on return drivers.
- Continuously analyze data and feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities, even when information is incomplete or ambiguous.
- Partner with Purchasing and commercial teams to improve size, fit, and quality decisions.
- Work with multiple departments to reduce “preventable” returns (size confusion, product information gaps, etc.).
- Report monthly to management on return trends, key actions, and impact.
Your Past & Your Skills
- 3+ years of experience working with e-commerce, business analytics and project lead
- Relevant academic background, ideally a degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or similar.
- Analytical mindset with strong data skills; comfortable using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and BI platforms.
- Able to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Strong communicator who can drive alignment and secure buy-in from stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with returns optimization, sizing strategies, or supply chain processes is a strong plus, especially when paired with customer behavior analytics or operational efficiency expertise.
What We Offer
- Global environment
- Personal and professional development
- Freedom to add value/make a difference
- Hybrid Remote policy (Office & remote days weekly)
- A number of voluntary benefits
