Account Receivable Specialist

The Account Receivable Specialist at NA-KD plan the day-to-day operations of allocating, receipting and reconciling bank & receivable accounts and work with the rest of the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Monitoring the system and investigating discrepancies. In this role you will be reporting to Head of Accounting and Treasury.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile and post bank transactions
• Monitoring import of payment files
• Investigate and solve discrepancies in account receivable
• Independently work towards reporting deadlines
• Communicate internally and externally regarding customer invoices and AR-related
  questions
• Support the finance team with different tasks

Your Past & Your Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• At least 2-3 years’ work experience in a similar task such as bank reconciliation
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both in speech and in writing
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Ability to take ownership and lead improvement projects
• Dynamic and flexible personality, with an ability to adapt and work proficiently in a high-volume environment
• Fast learner and ability to find solutions and being creative in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical thinking with a keen desire to improve processes
• Great computer skills
• Intermediate/Advanced Excel
  
• Experience in Microsoft Navision is a plus
