Creative Content Lead

As Creative Content Lead, you will oversee and execute the creation of all campaign content, blending artistic vision with brand alignment to engage audiences and meet marketing goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute compelling creative content that reflects the brand's vision. In this role you will be reporting to the Creative Content Director. 

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts for campaigns, producing high-quality visuals and content. Direct talent on set, ensuring alignment with approved concepts.
• Lead the creative direction of editorial content and campaigns, overseeing the editorial team to ensure successful execution.
• Contribute to seasonal guidelines and maintain editorial standards throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Ensure all editorial content and campaign materials align with brand identity and company objectives.
• Provide guidance on styling, mood boards, and final deliverables to ensure consistency and quality across all materials and channels.
• Mentor and develop creative team members, fostering a culture of growth and knowledge-sharing.

Qualifications & Skills

• 4+ years of experience in the e-commerce fashion industry, specializing in curating and executing creative content campaigns that resonate with fashion-forward audiences.
  
• 2+ years of leadership experience, successfully inspiring creative content teams.
• A creative portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proven ability to inspire new ideas and lead creative improvements.
