Junior Producer
The Digital Fashion House with a Social-First Approach
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Junior Producer with a creative eye and a passion for content production. In this role, you'll support the planning and execution of campaign productions across both still and motion, working closely with the Content Operations Manager and cross-functional teams.
As a Junior Producer, you'll play a key role in coordinating production logistics, supporting budgeting and scheduling, facilitating communication across teams, and ensuring campaigns are delivered smoothly from planning through execution. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their production career while gaining hands-on experience across every stage of the creative process.
Responsibilities and Duties
Support the planning and execution of campaign productions from pre-production through final delivery, under the guidance of the Content Operations Manager.
Assist with production planning, scheduling, budgeting, and timeline tracking to help ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate production logistics, including location bookings, travel, accommodation, transportation, permits, sample handling, and supplier communication.
Coordinate model bookings and support casting logistics by working with agencies, managing availability, and ensuring all required information is prepared ahead of productions.
Prepare and maintain production documentation, including briefs, call sheets, schedules, production plans, and other project materials.
Coordinate communication across internal teams and external partners, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of project progress, timelines, changes, and key milestones.
Coordinate approval processes and feedback rounds, ensuring comments are collected, communicated, and implemented within agreed timelines.
Support the coordination of crews, freelancers, vendors, and on-set logistics during campaign shoots.
Ensure campaign assets are delivered to relevant content teams to enable 360° content usage across all relevant channels.
Troubleshoot production challenges as they arise, both during planning and on set, escalating when needed and contributing to practical solutions.
Your Past & Your Skills
Bachelor's degree or limited experience in photo and film production
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Enthusiasm for learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
