Senior WMS Developer - Manhattan Associates
The Digital Fashion House with a Social-First Approach
If you thrive on ownership, enjoy working at the intersection of technology and logistics, and want to shape how a high-volume fashion warehouse operates - this is the role for you.
Senior WMS Developer - Manhattan Associates
We are looking for a Senior WMS Developer to take full ownership of our Manhattan Associates WMS platform. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role - you will be the sole WMS developer at NA-KD, responsible for every aspect of development, architecture, and continuous improvement of the system.
Key Responsibilities
Own the WMS. Take end-to-end responsibility for the development, maintenance, and evolution of our Manhattan Associates WMS environment.
Build & integrate. Design and implement robust integrations between the WMS and our ERP, eCommerce platform, Data Warehouse, and third-party Transport Administration (TA) system.
Scale with us. Identify and deliver technical improvements that ensure our warehouse operations remain efficient and reliable as we grow.
Collaborate cross-functionally. Work closely with Operations, Logistics, and the broader Tech team to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
Manage vendor relationships. Act as the primary technical contact for Manhattan Associates and other relevant vendors, managing upgrades, support cases, and roadmap alignment.
Define standards. Establish and maintain architecture documentation, coding standards, and best practices for the WMS domain.
Your Past & Your Skills
5+ years of hands-on WMS development experience, with deep expertise in Manhattan Associates (MANH) WMS - including configuration, customisation, and performance tuning.
Strong experience designing and building integrations between WMS and external systems (ERP, TA/transport systems, eCommerce platforms) using APIs, EDI, middleware, or similar patterns.
Solid understanding of warehouse operations, logistics processes, and supply chain flows — you can translate operational realities into technical decisions.
Proven ability to work independently and own the full development lifecycle, from requirements through deployment and support.
Excellent communication skills in English; you are comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
Experience integrating with third-party Transport Administration or TMS systems.
Familiarity with ERP systems in an eCommerce or retail context (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, SAP).
Exposure to Data Warehouse tooling and the ability to expose WMS data for reporting and analytics.
