Fashion Designer

NA-KD is on a mission to make fashion more relevant, more personal, and more now. Come help us build it. We want someone who reads culture, interprets data, and turns both into collections that stop the scroll.

As a Designer at NA-KD, you will be reporting to Concept Design Manager

What You'll Do

• Own collections end-to-end, from first idea to finished product

• Translate seasonal trends and cultural signals into designs that are both fashion-forward and commercially sharp

• Partner closely with buyers and garment technicians to ensure every sample hits the mark

• Lead fabric sourcing each season and attend fittings with a critical eye

• Use data (internal and external) to make bold, informed product decisions

• Keep range plans and documentation sharp and up to date

• Stay ahead of trends across categories and actively feed the creative conversation

• Travel to suppliers when needed

• This role is based at our Gothenburg Head Office and requires regular on-site presence.

Who You Are

• 3–5 years of Womenswear experience

• A design education that gave you strong foundations you've since pushed beyond

• A creative visionary who never loses sight of the commercial reality

• Fluent in the language of garment construction and production

• Comfortable with Photoshop and Illustrator

• Sharp at managing priorities across multiple projects simultaneously

• A natural collaborator who lifts the people around them - including junior talent

• Curious, adaptable, and genuinely excited by what comes next

• Fluent in English
