We’re looking for a visually obsessed creator who moves effortlessly between digital, analog, and mobile photography, and who understands the rhythm, humour, and trends that drive today’s social platforms. You’ll capture our world through stills and motion, shaping content that feels immediate, relevant, and unmistakably on-brand.

Photographer and Retoucher

This role blends classic studio craft with a social-first mindset. You’ll travel frequently, create fast and intuitively, and help define how our brand shows up across NA-KD.com, TikTok, Instagram and beyond.

We are looking for a photographer with a strong visual instinct and a social-first approach to image-making. With a sharp understanding of social media aesthetics, you create platform-native content with strong pacing, framing, and visual impact.

Working in both studio and on-location environments, you are adaptable and intuitive, balancing polished campaign work with more spontaneous, social-first content. You ensure a consistent visual expression through strong editing and retouching, while moving at speed.

You will produce still and moving content that feels relevant and immediate, working across digital, analog, and mobile formats. You translate creative direction into imagery that resonates across both campaign and social platforms.

• Key Responsibilities
  Strong photographic eye with a clear understanding of social media platform aesthetics, light, color, and storytelling across both still and moving images.

• Proven ability to shoot across multiple formats digital, analog, and mobile selecting the right medium to match concept, platform, and pace.

• Deep understanding of social-first content creation, including framing, pacing, and visual hooks that capture attention within seconds.

• Experienced in creating platform-native content for TikTok and Instagram, with an instinct for trends, tone, and audience behavior.

• Skilled in both studio and on-location shooting, with the ability to adapt quickly to different environments and production setups.

• A distinct visual point of view combined with the ability to translate creative direction into relevant, contemporary imagery.

Your Past & Your Skills

• Strong experience with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom and Premiere Pro; Capture One is a plus.

• Confident shooting with a range of cameras, from digital systems to iPhone and analog formats.

• A deep understanding of social aesthetics, trends, pacing, and platform culture.

• Skilled in filming and editing short-form content made to stop the scroll.

• Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive in fast-moving environments.

• A collaborative approach and a strong visual point of view.

• This role requires occasional travels
