Paid Social Specialist

Job Description:

NA-KD, a global online fashion company and one of the top 20 fastest growing companies in Europe, is currently looking for a creative and analytical Paid Social Specialist to handle paid social media campaigns. NA-KD has an annual revenue run rate of over $70 million, with millions of page views every day and shipping to over 130 countries per month.

As Paid Social Specialist, you will be creating paid social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and Snapchat. You will run social media campaigns in a organized and data-driven way. You have exceptional knowledge in social media with both paid and organic social.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and brief in all seasonal launch, promotional and weekly campaigns to design/copy team
  • Build, set up and deliver campaigns for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat and any new platforms
  • Reporting and working closely with the design team to achieve strong brand digital presence
  • Optimization and budget management on spend and campaign performance metrics
  • Delivering post-campaign analysis using both the media reports and the analytics solutions
  • Testing new formats and new ways of buying media – pushing forward the paid social buying strategy and delivering continuous improvement
  • Continue to refine and define our social marketing process
  • Staying up to date with all the developments in social media advertising
  • Understand social media buying over international borders and to keep paid social roadmap up to date
  • Pulling together weekly competitor analysis to share with team

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Data driven person working with acquisition via paid social channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, and Snapchat
  • Knowledge about CPC, CPA, CPM
  • Experience in working with Facebook power editor and/or Ads manager
  • Strong understanding of social media across both Paid and Organic social
  • Social Media savvy and love everything to do with Social media world
  • Be a creative that thinks outside the box and takes initiative in their role
  • Excellent English and copywriting skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Ability to trend forecast what is happening in social media world
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong affinity with local and international fashion industry trends
  • Ability to work under pressure and respect deadlines
  • Experience within a third party tool (Smartly, AdEspresso etc)
