We are looking for an innovative, dynamic, and strategic individual to join us as our PR Strategist. In this role, you will be the central point for executing and managing NA-KD’s global relations strategies while playing a key role in elevating our brand’s presence through creative PR activations. In this role, you will be reporting to Head of Brand. 

Your main responsibilities will include driving and developing innovative PR strategies, event production, setting and managing PR budgets and KPI´s, and leading contract negotiations with external partners. 

Your expertise, combined with your innovative and conceptual thinking, and strong negotiation, will help us build and manage stronger media relations and overall PR activations.

This is a temporary substitute position for approximately one year, starting in December 2024. Specific dates will be discussed during the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the Global PR and Corporate Communications strategies.
• Develop, guide and oversee all global PR initiatives.
• Oversee and negotiate all creative and strategic projects with external partners
• Implement storytelling initiatives and uphold a credible tone of voice and personality, among brand ambassadors and in media.
• Guide external partners such as global PR agencies on strategic & creative projects related to PR and marketing initiatives.
• Establish and maintain great relationships with key PR contacts globally as well as external partners.
• Oversee our communication and press release strategy.
• Work closely with the Head of Brand to develop a strategic PR calendar and strategies for our PR and marketing campaigns.
• Seek and develop new and current relationships within the media outlets and the fashion and lifestyle industry.
• Oversee our event strategy. Set, execute and plan all events from start to finish, including budgeting and project management.
• Working across internal departments to guarantee seamless collaboration.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience in a similar PR role (In-house PR department, Agency etc), or relevant field in Public Relations, Communication or Marketing.
• Proven track record of creating PR strategies and PR campaigns from start to finish.
• Experience in event production and execution, including fashion events and product launches.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for fashion trends and an understanding of the industry's nuances within PR.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and messages.
• Excellent negotiation skills with proven experience in managing contracts, securing favorable terms, and building strong collaborative partnerships.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work calmly under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills, able to work effectively within a team environment.
