Responsibilities

  • Being a part of our Customer Service Team
  • Be a structured person manic for details with an extraordinary feeling for style and product content
  • Work in our Customer Service team and be responsible for our communication to the customers
  • Give great service and work efficiently in different customer cases
  • Work in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding results with innovative methods

The Ideal Candidate

  • Interest for writing and up to date with fashion trends and styling
  • Good computer skills
  • Positive attitude, honesty and humility are characteristics we value highly
  • Flexible and humble towards co-workers
  • Believes in disciplined work mixed with brilliant moments of creativity and innovation
  • Able to prioritize your daily work and create synchronicity within
  • customer care as well as in product descriptions
  • Very communicative and service minded
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both in speech and in writing
