Internship - Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
As a CRM Intern, your tasks will include CRM content management, preparing email communication, and campaign analysis. This internship is designed to provide you with real-world exposure to CRM tools, data analysis, and customer-centric marketing and management practices.
- Email Marketing: Support the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including content creation and A/B testing.
- Customer Segmentation: Segment customers based on various criteria for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Data Management: Assist in maintaining and updating customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Your Past & Your Skills
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- An active listener with great analytical skills
- A good communicator who likes to collaborate
- Fast learner & creative thinker
