Then you might be the person we are looking for! Customer Service at NA-KD consist of 20 inhouse and outsourced customer support agents. We have high ambitions for what good customer service is and we are each day doing our best to ensure that our customers from all over the world get the best possible experience.


  • With the customer in focus you are responsible for ensuring that the team is providing world class customer service
  • Managing the team of 20 inhouse and outsourced customer support agents and make sure that they always have correct and updated information
  • Personnel related matters such as educating the team, coaching, planning and recruitment
  • Responsible for KPI: s relating to efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Driving the constant improvement work at Customer Service in terms of improving the service level, developing processes, efficiency and reporting
  • Responsible for our customer care page on site
  • Responsible for communication and to share knowledge from Customer Service to other departments within NA-KD
  • You will have an important role in developing the whole customer experience journey together with Operations, IT, Social Media and other departments at NA-KD


  • As a person you are a problem solver with a go-getter attitude and ability to come up with new ideas and execute rapidly
  • You are flexible, responsive and communicative
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced atmosphere and continuous improvement comes naturally for you
  • You have an excellent ability to express yourself in writing and speech in English. Other languages are advantageous



  • 2-3 years’ experience and extensive knowledge of customer service, preferable within e-commerce
  • Management experience
  • Experience from working in customer service software, preferable Zendesk. Technical skills and experience from working in CRM, ERP and CMS systems is a plus
