Internship - Sample Coordinator

As a Sample Coordinator intern you will gain a full understanding of how to coordinate samples between purchasing, the visual merchandisers and the photo studio. You will be like a spider in the net and get the opportunity to understand the full process around the delivery of a sample from pre-production to post-production. Along the way, you will be exposed to all aspects of our sample management process including samples from the purchasing department, to the inbound processes at our warehouses and supporting our creative teams with samples.

Your Future

• Ensure products that are in stock are handled and prioritized for the photo studio.
• You will be keeping track of what's in stock and what needs to be ordered from our warehouses.
• Coordinate sample requests for PR, stylists, and editorial production teams.
• Work closely with the Visual Merchandising team, the Photo studio, and the Purchasing team and assist with order requests.
• Register and maintain sample information in different systems.
• Ensure products are kept and sorted.
• Assist with all sample handling, including incoming and outgoing flow.
• Create product descriptions of apparel, shoes, and accessories.
• Assist with the coordination of sample deliveries to different markets (PR & Donations).
• Organize and assist with the internal Sample Sale.

Your Past & Your Skills

• Previous experience in a retail/logistics environment is preferred but not a must
• Knowledge of the NA-KD brand and. Being passionate about fashion is a huge plus
• Detail-oriented; capable of following organized processes consistently
• Flexible team player who also works well independently
• Good communication and time management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of Excel
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
