Influencer Marketing Specialist

As an Influencer Marketing Specialist at NA-KD, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with influencers/creators, talent agencies, and management teams globally. Your primary objective will be to drive traffic, generate sales, and expand our brand awareness through influencer collaborations. You will represent our brand values, communicate with external partners, and align with our common goal of staying ahead of industry trends.

Your Future

• Develop, manage, and execute influencer campaigns that meet brand guidelines, budget, and timeline requirements.

• Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure objectives are met and to improve future campaigns.

• Stay up to date with the latest trends in the influencer marketing industry and incorporate them into NA-KD’s marketing strategy.

• Negotiate and manage influencer contracts and partnerships, ensuring that they are aligned with marketing objectives.

• Collaborate with other teams, including PR, Social Media, Performance Marketing, and Creative, to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand messaging and content.

Your Past & Your Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Relevant education in digital marketing, social media communication, or similar
• Experience working data-driven with a performance-based mindset
• Experience working with external partners such as influencer marketing agencies
• Eager to learn and not afraid to think outside of the box to solve problems.
• Analytical: a passion for sales, numbers, conversions, and evaluation of performance.
• Bias to action: proactive and decisive, taking calculated risks and being willing to learn from both successes and failures.
