As the CRM Specialist, you’ll be part of the Performance Marketing department within the CRM team working closely alongside other teams such as Brand, Social Media, Wholesale & BI. 

You will work closely with other members of the CRM team and support them on email marketing, web & app push notifications. You will be responsible for day-to-day operational elements to drive incremental business and customer value. 

The ideal candidate is analytical and eager to learn about marketing end-to-end as well as developing their CRM skills, and will be given the opportunity to further develop their technical and strategy skills.

Your Future

• Support the CRM team in planning and executing weekly communications.
• Compose CRM communication messages on different channels (email/app push/web push).
• Manage the translation process for newsletters (we work with 6+ different languages).
• Work closely with Design and Copywriting teams to coordinate newsletter content and ensure timelines are met.
• Support the CRM team with ad hoc tasks.
• Ensure high attention to detail in our Customer facing marketing communications.

Your Past & Your Skills

• Degree in marketing or communications or relevant work experience in the field.
• Familiar with CRM and email marketing platforms. Working with Insider is a plus.
• High level of attention to detail in preparation of newsletters. 
• Ability to successfully multitask and deliver high quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Structured, self-starter and a problem-solver.
