Business oriented General Counsel to NA-KD

Your Future
In this role you will work with everything from governance, protecting our trademarks and supporting our management team with legal advice within strategy, risk and business opportunities. You will have an impact on how we will build our legal department forward and we will value your entrepreneurial mindset and high-quality legal advice. You will also provide legal support to different departments within the organization, e.g. Finance, Purchase, Brand Marketing, Wholesale and People & Culture.
The support could include advising on commercial setups, data privacy, sustainability, drafting and reviewing agreements to evaluate contractual risk factors and give proactive advice on legal matters
Besides this, you will also:
- In charge and pursue the company's compliance projects
- Coordinate and be the point of contact for external legal advice
- Execute procedures for protecting trademarks and industrial designs
Your Past & Skills
- A law degree and a minimum of 4 years’ work experience giving Swedish companies and management teams legal advice, preferably with a mix of in-house and law firm experience
- Skilled and experienced legal practitioner with an in-depth knowledge of corporate law, contract drafting and negotiations
- Experience from listed market environment, is a great advantage
- Business and strategic mindset, eager to solve problems and enjoy an ever changing environment
- Strong negotiation and communication skills (oral, written and interpersonal)
- Find the joy in a mix of strategic and operational tasks, and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
- Fluent in English and Swedish (written and spoken)
